Biography

Frederick Waller Ferrier Noel Paton (1861-1914) was the second son of Sir Joseph Noel-Paton.
He married Ethel Margaret née Alt on the January 27th 1895 in St. George's Church, Campden Hill, Kensington, London, England
He was Director General Commercial Intelligence and Statistics for the Government t of India. He died aged 53 in 1914 at Edinburgh, Scotland.
