Annie (Norris) Heginbotham was born in Newton in Makerfield, Lancashire, England.

Ann Norris was born in late 1854/early 1855 ^[1] in Newton in Makerfield, Lancashire, England, the daughter of John Norris and Mary Pownall.

She was baptised on 14 March 1855 in Emmanuel Wargrave, Lancashire.^[2]

In 1871 she was with her parents in Cumberland Terrace, Winwick Road, Warrington, Lancashire . Her father was an iron worker, originating from Ireland. ^[3]

On 4 August 1878, in St Paul's church, Warrington, Lancashire, England, she married William Higinbotham, an architect. Witnesses were John Norris and Jane Matthews. ^[4]

She passed away in 1908.
