Biography
Elizabeth Louise Northrop was born on 3 Feb. 1910[1] at Iowa, USA. She appeared on the census of 15 April 1910 in the household of her parents, Byron Willis Northrop and Leah Geneva (Northrop) Northrop, at Reading, Calhoun Co., Iowa.[2] She appeared on the census of 8 Jan. 1920 in the household of her parents at Albion, Butler Co., Iowa. [3] She appeared on the census of 18 April 1930 in the household of her parents at Hartwick, Poweshiek Co., Iowa. [4]
She married Everett R. Korns, son of Elmer J. Korns and Lucy V. (Rowland) Korns, on 27 Aug. 1930 at Hartwick, Poweshiek County, Iowa.[5]
She and Everett appeared on the census of 9 April 1940 at Hartwick, Poweshiek County, Iowa. [6]
Louise died on 23 April 1981[1] at age 71, probably in Hartwick, and was buried at Hartwick Cemetery, Hartwick, Poweshiek County, Iowa. Her memorial has a photo of her gravestone shared with Everett.[7]
