Biography

When Susan Elizabeth Norton was born on March 19, 1854, in Washington, Kentucky, her father, Robert Norton (1818-1862), was 36, and her mother, Elizabeth Monroe (1835-1880), was 19. She married William Henry Goodlett on November 18, 1870, in Washington, Kentucky. They had four children in 10 years. She died in 1895 in Kentucky at the age of 41.
