Norton-6501 and Norton-2834 do not represent the same person because: One of these is actually the uncle of the other. One record has Philip being the son of Louis. This implies that the father was born two years after the son. The honorific is mismatched. The biographical info on Norton-6501 seems to indicate that he was born at a different time to the date in the profile.
