Susanna M. Norton was born at Livermore, Maine, in 1819, the daughter of Jethro Norton and Jane (Lindsay) Norton.[1] The 1906 Goding genealogy says she was born on 31 Jul 1819;[2] her birth date calculated from her age at her death from her death date was on or about 31 Jul 1819.[3]
Marriage
On 11 Aug 1839, Susan M. Norton and Elbrit Goding, both of Livermore, Maine, published at Livermore their intention to marry.[4] They married on 18 Aug 1839,[2] probably at Livermore.
Death
Susanna M. (Norton) Goding died from old age at Sudbury, Massachusetts, on 13 Dec 1899, with her age at her death recorded as 80 years, 4 months, 14 days.[3]
