Biography
Arthur Stanbury Norway was born in 1831 in Egloshayle, Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. He was the eldest of six children son of Nevil Norway and Sarah unknown. He was christened on 18th April 1831 in Egloshayle. Arthur was just eight years of age when his father was murdered in February 1840. His grief-stricken mother passed away just six months later.
Arthur married Georgina 'Jean' Shute on 24th September 1857 in Farnworth, Lancashire. [1]
He passed away, aged 55 years, in June 1886 and was buried on 12th June 1886 at Walton-on-the-Hill, Liverpool, Lancashire. [2] He was survived by his wife and their two sons.
