According to local (Rockport, MA) legend, the 5 sons of Francis Norwood, including Caleb, all built "mansions" at the same time, alledgedly using pirates treasure thay had discovered. Those houses still exist and are marked by the local historical society. Wm. "Jerry" Norwood

PS: Problem with this "tale" is that the oldest son had moved to Lynn by the time the last 2 sons were born. "Jerry"
