Biography

Philip Novak was born on August 8, 1876, in Eden, Iowa County, Wisconsin, United States. His father was Vaclav Novak and his mother was Anna Volenec.

He married Barbara (Vavrina) Novak (1884-1973) on February 21, 1907, at Tabor, Polk County, Minnesota, United States. There were six offspring from this union including:[1][2]

  1. Milan V. Novak (1907-1992)

Philip's United States World War I Draft Registration Card indicated that his occupation was as a farmer.[3]

Philip Novak died at the age of seventy-six years on July 11, 1953. in Cobb, Iowa County, Wisconsin, United States. His earthly remains are buried at Eden Cemetery, Eden, Iowa County, Wisconsin, United States. [4]
