Rhoda was the daughter of Thomas Nowell and Elizabeth Wootten. Her birth was registered in the 2nd quarter of 1861 at Chippenham, Wiltshire, England.[1]
The 1871 census records her as a servant's daughter at Box, Wiltshire.
The 1901 census lists her age 38, single, at Box, Wiltshire, in the household of her father.[2][3]
She is probably the Rhoda Nowell whose death, age 84, was registered in the fist quarter of 1946 at Bath, Somerset.[4]
