Thomas was baptised, son of Joseph and Mary Nowell, at Box, Wiltshire on 5 October 1736.
On 2 June 1784 there was an order for the removal of Thomas Nowell, stonemason, from Bath, Somerset to Box, Wiltshire. This almost certainly relates to the Thomas of this profile.[1]
On 18 March 1794 a coroner's report at the Horse and Jockey Inn in Box, Wiltshire stated that Thomas Nowell had been "found dead in the Wadswick road near the said house, no marks of violence."[2]
