Biography

Robert John Nurcombe was born in the April quarter of 1866 in Roadwater Old Cleeve, Watchet, Somerset, England. He was the son of Benjamin Nurcombe and Adelaide Gunningham.^[1]

He married Eliza, who was born about 1853 in Bramley by Bow, London. In the 1901 census Robert's mother Adelaide was living with them. Robert was a mason's laborer.^[2]

Robert died in 1908 in the Williton district of Somerset.^[3]
