Biography

Mary was born in 1841^[1] in Eastrington, Yorkshire, England, where she lived with her parents, George Nurse and Ann Jackson.^[2][3]

In 1868 Mary married George Nurse in Eastrington.^[4][5] In 1871 the family lived in Howden, Yorkshire, where George worked as a wheelwright's joiner.^[6] They had moved to Hessle, Yorkshire, by 1881.^[7][8]

Mary died in 1906 at the age of 64.^[9]
