Biography

This profile is part of the Eastrington, Yorkshire One Place Study.
Mary was born in 1841[1] in Eastrington, Yorkshire, England, where she lived with her parents, George Nurse and Ann Jackson.[2][3]

In 1868 Mary married George Nurse in Eastrington.[4][5] In 1871 the family lived in Howden, Yorkshire, where George worked as a wheelwright's joiner.[6] They had moved to Hessle, Yorkshire, by 1881.[7][8]

Mary died in 1906 at the age of 64.[9]
