Mary lived with her parents and brother at Staveley, Derbyshire in 1851. [2] By 1861 the family had moved to Wombwell, Yorkshire where Mary's father was a coal miner.[3]
Mary married Abraham Gyte on 6 April 1868 at All Saints Church, Darfield, Yorkshire.[4][5]
Mary and Abraham lived in George Street, Wombwell, Yorkshire. They had eleven children. Abraham worked as a coal miner. [6][7][8]
Mary passed away on 12 September 1896, age 46. [9] She was buried on 15 September 1896 at Wombwell Cemetery, Wombwell, Yorkshire.[10]
