Edward was born in 1922. He was the son of Bill O'Grady and Maud Venn.

In 1944, Ted and Joan were living at 123 Egina Street, Mount Hawthorn, WA.
He passed away in 2008 and was cremated at Karrakatta (Memorial at Pinnaroo Valley Memorial Park, Banksia Court 39 0066T). [2]
Ted served in the Australian Army during WW2.[3]
