Mary Ellen O'Brien (married name Grohbrugge) was born in 1879 in Beaufort, Victoria, Australia, the daughter of Charlotte Mary O'Brien and Michael O'Brien.
She married Robert Grohbrugge in 1898
Mary died on 22 December 1950 at her home, 75 Bendigo Avenue, Bentleigh, Victoria, aged 72.
