DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with John by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with John:

Hello Jo,

I don't have any more information than what is posted. I got this information from a match on MyHeritage, and have not done any more research as yet. I will fill in more information as I find it. Thanks for catching this!

Hello Judith

Would you please confirm the place of birth for John O'Brien. There is no place name of Kittery in Ireland, although there are some places called Kittery Island around North America.

Thanks!
