This sweet face in the picture belongs to our Mother, who died on Friday, February 5th, 2016. Mother was 93, full of life’s joy and wonder. O’Connor (Dolan), in St. Louis County, Missouri. Being the last child born, she wanted to be the oldest sibling when she died. We are pleased to announce that she won that contest.

Of all her passions, dancing and being Irish are at the top of her list. Susan and Faith accompanied Mother to her trip to Ireland in 1999 and she loved riding in prize winning floats in the Lee’s Summit St. Patrick’s Day Parades. Mother’s flair for her performance dance and dance swing time with her high school sweetheart, Dad, would clear the dance floor for others to enjoy. Please note, hardly a day went by without a mention of her dancing. Always a mental eye-roll from her children who patiently listened to each repeated story. We all share the same hope that she is dancing with dad in heaven now.

Final thought to keep, Mother’s Motto was “When in trouble, say the Hail Mary and forget about it”.
