Biography
Margaret O'Connor (married name Coghlan) was born around 1836, the daughter of Patrick O'Connor.[1][2]
She married James Coghlan on 10 January 1861 at the Roman Catholic Church in Ballarat, Victoria.[1] Their children were:
- Margaret Coghlan (1861–1937)[3]
- William Coghlan (1861–1862)[4]
Margaret died on 26 December 1861 at her home, Raglan Street, Ballarat, Victoria, Australia.[2]
Research notes
It's thought that Margaret was born in Ireland because in her marriage notice, Margaret is referred "daughter of Patrick O'Connor, merchant, Wexford, Ireland."[1]
