Biography
Bridget "Biddy" O'Donnell was born in 1867[1]
(though her youthful age in the 1901 census suggests 1871.[2]).
Her father was called Manus[3]
(Hughdie) O'Donnell.
In 1895 Bridget lived in Aphort, Aranmore and worked as a servant.[3]
Bridget married Paddy Rua O'Donnell[1][3] on 26 Feb 1895 at the Catholic chapel on Arranmore. He was a fisherman, resident of Leabrannagh, Aranmore, the son of John O'Donnell.[3] After marriage they lived in Leabrannagh.[2]
She was widowed in 1938[1] and buried Paddy at Arranmore Island Cemetery in Leahgarrow, County Donegal.[1]
Biddy passed away in July 1964[1] and was buried with Paddy at Arranmore Island Cemetery.[1]
