Helen O'Grady was born at the Grange, County Limerick, Ireland. She was the eldest daughter of Standish O'Grady and Margaret Morony.[1][2]
Helen died on Monday 15 March 1847 at the Grange.[1]
On Monday, the 15th March inst at the Grange, in this County, after a short illness, Helen, eldest daughter of the late Standish O'Grady, Esq and the beloved sister of Thomas and Henry O'Grady, Esqrs- a lady deeply and deservedly regretted by her relatives and friends, and universally deplored by the industrious poor of that neighbourhood, whose constant and liberal benefactress she was in this unhappy season of destitution and suffering.[1]
