She passed away in 1892.^[1] and was buried at the Eaglehawk Cemetery, Eaglehawk, Victoria, Mon M, Grave Number 215on 14 July 1892.

Application for Probate.— Notice is hereby given that after the expiration of fourteen days from the publication hereof application will be made to the Supremo Court of the colony of Victoria, in its probate jurisdiction, that Probate of the WILL of MARY WOODS, late of Burnt Gully, Myers Flat, in the colony of Victoria, married woman, deceased, may be GRANTED to me, the undersigned Delia Woods, of Burnt Gully aforesaid, school teacher, being the executrix appointed by the said will. Dated this 25th day of July, 1B92
