Richard O'Keefe was born on August 8, 1881 in Beaconsfield, Tasmania, Australia, son of Denis O'Keefe (1858–1939).[1]
Richard (23) married Ida May Wootton (19) (born on February 1, 1886 in Beaconsfield; daughter of William Edward Wootton and Eva Ann Nash) on June 8, 1905 in Exeter, Tasmania.[2]
Richard died on October 5, 1952 in Sutherland, New South Wales, Australia, aged 71. He is commemorated at Woronora Memorial Park.[1]
