William O'Neale Jr. was born about 1730 in Frederick County, Maryland, the son of William O'Neale and Eleanor Ball O'Neale, and was one of their ten children.
He was a petit juror in 1774 in Frederick County in the case of Proprietary v. William Vermillion and in an early case in Montgomery County, and was one of the first two persons appointed to a guardianship in that county.[1]
He served in the Montgomery militia during the Revolution and subscribed to the oath of fidelity and allegiance in that county.[2][3]

O'Neale-18 and O'Neale-8 appear to represent the same person because: Definite duplicate, dates of death are the same, dates of birth are close, same wife. PF of O'Neale-8 has not been active since 2017.
