Martha O'Neill was born June 21, 1877 to Miles O'Neill and Martha Williams in Gonzales County, Texas.[1]

She married John W. Jennings on October 16, 1901 in Lavaca, Texas.[2]

She died, at the age of 41, on February 8, 1918 in Pleasanton, Texas.[1] She is buried at the Brite Cemetery, Pleasanton, Atascosa County, Texas.[3]
