Biography

Hugh Keith Bryson (appears on the electoral rolls as Keith) was born about 1896 in Bendigo, Victoria, Australia. He was the son of Arthur O'Neill and Christina Kenley. ^[1]

Keith was raised in the Bendigo area.^[2]

He married Charlotte Ellen Isabella Lewins in 1920 in Victoria, Australia. ^[3]

Keith and Charlotte had one known child, Jack O'Neill. ^[4]

Keith first appears on the electoral roll in 1921 with Charlotte living in Dean Street, Moonee Ponds. By 1926 they had shifted to Murray St, Preston. After another shift and short stay at Murray Road, they had settled in at 21 Jacka St, Preston by 1931, where they remained for the next 25 to 30 years. Between 1954 and 1963 they had shifted to Jessie St, Glenroy. His occupation during this time was a 'ticket writer'. After Keith retired they shifted to Gladstone St, Maryborough, Victoria, where they were living in 1968. ^[5]
