Agnes Theresa O'Sullivan (married name Fyffe) was born on 6 December 1894 in Rochester, Victoria, Australia, the daughter of Marianne Teresa (Fitzgibbon) O'Sullivan and Michael Francis O'Sullivan.^[1]

She married Charles Leonard Fyffe on 18 February 1919 in Victoria.^[2] Their children were:^{[citation needed]}

• Mary Dorothy Fyffe (1919–1993)
• Bernard Charles Fyffe (1922? - 1994?)
• Cyril Michael Fyffe (1929–1999)
