John (OGorman) O'Gorman was born in Ireland.

According to his tombstone,[1], John O. Gorman was born on 24 March 1834. No primary source has been found to confirm this date.

According to his certificate of death,[2][3][4] John O. Gorman died on 1 July 1916 in Hillman Township in Montmorency County in the State of Michigan. He was a widower, born "in the year of 1834", in County Clair [sic], Ireland, to Dannial [sic] Gorman and Mary Gorman (her maiden name), both born in Kilrush, Ireland. The death was registered by John's daughter Mary Murphy of Hillman, Mich.
