Oakes-68 and Oakes-66 appear to represent the same person because: Oakes-68 was imported in the same gedcom file as the Flint's connected to this person. The dates are different, but a search on Ancestry brings up a tree connected to Edward Oakes and mother, Jane. I think Oaks-68, using false gedcom data was imported without sources, and considering the extensive Flint's in the same gedcom, and the Ancestry tree connection, I believe this was meant to be the same person.
