Biography
Phoebe Oakley and her twin sister Mary Ann were born in 1800 in Medstead, Hampshire, their father, Stephen, was 27 and their mother, Elizabeth, was 25. She married James Langridge on 27 November 1829 in her hometown. They had three children during their marriage. She died on 31 August 1849 in Alton, Hampshire, at the age of 49.
