Miles Oakley was a vestryman of St. Peter's Church in Westchester, NY, in 1709; an alderman in 1719; and president of the Board of Trustees in 1720. He was elected mayor of the Borough Town of Westchester in 1727 and 1733. Miles Oakley was a miller in 1735 at Harlem, New York.
