Mary Oak was born on March 31, 1710 in Marlborough, Middlesex, Massachusetts Bay, daughter of Nathaniel I. Oak (~1645–1721) and Mary Holloway (1681–1733).

Mary (24) married Daniel Maynard (42) (born on March 16, 1692 in Marlboro, Middlesex, Massachusetts; son of John Maynard and Lydia (Ward) Maynard) on February 20, 1735 in Marlborough. Their children were:

Mary died on April 4, 1805, aged 95.

Oaks-94 and Oak-42 appear to represent the same person because: identical dates, clear duplicate, need primary source for birth or marriage for correct spelling of name

Oak-42 and Oaks-92 appear to represent the same person because: they are listed as a child for the already merged profiles of the father. I do feel that the LNAB should be spelled "Oak" since it is explained in the father's biography that the father spelled it that way and it was changed in later generations.
