Seems likely that this is the Margaret Oats baptised on 2 November 1802 in St Just, according to the Cornish Parish OPC database.

Her parents are listed as John and Mary Oats, but looks like there were two families with those names married in 1789 and 1790 respectively; Mary might be either Mary Semmons, baptised 14 Feb 1768 or Mary Casley, baptised 29 Oct 1769.
