dad's family o'brien, murray, keane and troy are from dungarven, waterford but more interested in my great uncle francis(frank) o'brien who was born in 1905 in waterford. He married about 1925 not sure who to though and had 16 children many of which were twins been and still trying to find him today

Steph Meredith's DNA has been tested for genealogical purposes. It may be possible to confirm family relationships by comparing test results with Steph or other carriers of her ancestors' mitochondrial DNA.

If I had better records for my mother's Bowles family in Ireland, then I bet we could find a connection closer than thirty degrees. They lived in Kilcooly parish, Tipperary, not far from Waterford and they left for Canada through Wexford.
