• after the debts due to my beloved Brothers Thomas & Regnall Odell is fully Discharged I Will & Bequeath to my Son Thomas Odell One Hundred & fifty Acres of Land a part of Three Hundred Acres of Land wheron I now live ... also a Gray Mare now about three years old branded with H O his Brother Rignall having a mare Colt that shale come of the said Mare his Uncle Rigall Odell to chuse it for him & to my Son Regnall Odell the remaining part of the Tract of Land whereon I now live ...
• I Will & Bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth a Negro Girl called Sarah & to her Heirs to be delivered to her at Sixteen years of Age or at the day of Marriage.
• I Will & Bequeath unto my Daughter Ellinor a Negro boy called Jerey & to her Heirs to be Delivered to her at Sixteen years of Age or at the day of Marriage.
• I Will and Bequeath all my other Negroes, Horses, Cattle & Household goods to be equally divided Betwixt my said four children:

1. Thomas,
2. Rignall,
3. Elizabeth
4. & Ellenor.

• I Will & Bequeath unto my Brother rignall Odell the first mare Colt that my Bay Mare called Brock shall have.
• I Will & Bequeath unto my Brother Thomas Odell a Mare Colt that shall come of my Sorrell Mare called Cisely. But it is my Will & Pleasure that my dearly beloved Wife Ann Odell have keep & Enjoy all my Land abovesaid Negroes Cattle L& Household Stuff during her natural life, excepting the two Negroe Children to my two Daughters But in case of her Marriage to have her Thirds of the Land Negroes Cattle & Household Stuff & no more ... "
