Death and Will

John Odell died between March 29, 1773, when he signed his will, and May 31 of that year, when the will was prove. The Will^[1] leaves to wife Keziah the use of the farm. After her death, the farm was to be sold and the proceeds divided among ten named children.

John Odell's will of 29 March 1773 in Westchester County refers to his Mufebel estate farm to remain in his wife Keziah's hands, when she passed the farm to be hold and proceeds divided to each of the children. Witnesses were Isaac and Thomas Lawrence and Solomon Dean. ^[2]
