In the name of God Amen: I Henry Ogburn of the County of Gallatin and State of Kentucky, being of sound mind and disposing memory, for which I thank God, and calling to mind the uncertainty of human life and being desirous to dispose of all worldly estate, as it hath pleased God to bless me with.

I give and bequeath the same in manner following, that is to say, I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Charlotte, my farm which I now reside on, and all my household and kitchen furniture and all my present personal estate, during her natural life.

At the death of my beloved wife, I give to my son Thomas, my farm and all the farming utensil and the balance of my estate, I wish my wife to divide between my son Thomas and my daughter Elizabeth, as she may think right, and

Lastly, I do hereby constitute and appoint my son Thomas Ogburn, my Executor and my wife Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other of former Wills or Testaments by me heretofore made, this 18 April, 1824. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal.
