He married Sarah Whitney on 27 June 1820 in Greenfield Hill Church.[1][2]
He passed away in 1826.
In 1829, his estate that was set out to his widow, Sarah was set out to his siblings, viz., widow Eleanor Banks, Eunice Banks, wife of Daniel Banks, Jr., Molly Burr, wife of Zalmon Burr, and the heirs of Alba Ogden, decd. (Benjamin B. Ogden, Betsey Winton, wife of Bradford Winton, widow Sarah Williams, and Moses Ogden).[3]
