JEANETTE MARGARET (OGILBY) REICHENBACH, 99 ROCKFORD - Jeanette Margaret (Ogilby) Reichenbach, 99, of Rockford passed away Friday, July 8, 2011, in Morning Star Village, surrounded by her loving family. Born Feb. 19, 1912, in Rockford, the daughter of Roy and Margaret (Leber) Ogilby. Graduated from Rockford High School in 1930. Married Orville William Reichenbach Sr. on Aug. 25, 1931. Formerly employed at Bishop's Cafeteria, Woodward Governor during World War II, then Guilford High School and Forest Hills Country Club, but she considered her most important job to be raising her seven children. A devout Catholic and member of St. Peter Cathedral. Survivors include children, Orville "Tank" (JoAnn) Reichenbach Jr., Joseph (Eleanor) Reichenbach, Janice (Jim) McHenry, Jessica (Rick) Carter, Joann (Mike) Hall and Jennifer (Tom) Wallace; 15 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; numerous great-great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Betty Whaples and Hildegard Ogilby; and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband, Orville (Jim) William Reichenbach Sr.; daughter, Jeanne Schultz; and granddaughter, Pamela Jardine. The family would like to extend a special thank-you to the entire staff at Morning Star Village and Transitions Hospice for their loving care of our mother. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 12, in St. Peter Cathedral. Visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday in Delehanty Funeral Home Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park.
