Sir Charles Ogle, 2nd Bart. of Worthy (b. 25 May 1775), was Vice-Admiral of the Red.[1] He was the eldest surviving son of Sir Chaloner Ogle, Bart. of Worthy and Hester Thomas.[2] He married three times to:
(22 Apr 1802) Charlotte Margaret (d. Sep 1814), dau. of Gen. Thomas Gage. Issue: 2 dau, 1 son
(04 Sep 1820) Letitia (d. 13 Nov 1832), dau. of Sir William Burroughs, Bart. Issue: 1 son[3][4]
(10 Apr 1834) Mary Anne (dsp. 04 Feb 1842 Belgium), dau. of George Cary, esq. of Tor Abbey, Devon (d. 01 Dec 1805) & Frances (d. 15 Aug 1808), dau. of Thomas Stonor.[1][2][5][6]
Charles' third wife Mary Anne Cary, was married twice before. Her first husband was John Dalton of Turnham Hall in Lancashire, England. The second was Sir John Hayford Thorald, 10th Bart. of Syston Park (b. 30 Mar 1773 - d. 07 Jul 1831).[1][3]
