Biography
Anthony was born in 1807 in England. He is the son of John Oliver and Margaret Anderson. In 1871 he is head of household with his sister in law Caroline, nieces Margaret and Mary Ann and nephew John living in the household. He served as the registrar of births, deaths and marriages for River Inhabitants area for many years. The 1881 Census shows him living in River Inhabitants. In the household with him are his sister in law, Caroline, his niece Mary Ann, and his nephews John and William.
