"Mrs. Margaret Ann Freer an old resident of this village, died at the home of her son, William Freer, in Asbury Park last week. She was buried in the New Paltz Cemetery on Tuesday. Kingston Freeman February 24, 1928. Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret A. Freer, 72, who died Saturday of paralysis at her home, 35 Sylvan avenue, will be held this evening at 8 in the Harris parlors. Interment will be made in the Newpaltz [sic] rural cemetery, Newpaltz, N.Y., by undertaker Harris. The deceased is survived by a son William, and a grandson, Augustus, both of this city. Asbury Park Press, Asbury, N.J. 2-13-1928."
