DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with James by comparing test results with other carriers of his ancestors' Y-chromosome or mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with James:

Oliver-9375 and Oliver-4923 do not represent the same person because: Thomas Edwin Oliver was born in Walkington in East Yorkshire and lived his whole life there and in the nearby town of Beverley.
James Thomas Oliver was born to quite different parents in Kentucky USA and deed at about the age of 12.

To confuse the two would be very careless.
