John (24) married Margaret Elizabeth Forest (26) (born about 1697 in Fewston, Yorkshire, England) on 30 January 1724 in Stafford, Virginia. Their known daughter was Rebecca Oliver (29 September 1741 – 1795).
John died on 27 November 1759 in Amelia, Colony of Virginia, aged 59.
