Harvey Green Oliver was born on 17 April 1878[1] at Cleveland, Cuyahoga, Ohio.[2][3] He was the son of William Oliver, born in England, and Elizabeth Poe????, born in the United States.[2] According to the Social Security Administration his mother's name was Elizabeth Reinhardt. [4]

Harvey G. Oliver and Rose Smith were married on 11 May 1897 in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.[5] The ceremony was performed by the Rev. L. H. Stewart.[6]

Harvey Green Oliver died on 11 Nov 1944[7] at the U.S. Marine Hospital in Cleveland. He was married to Rose Smith Oliver at the time of his death, and his home address was 3153 Kensington Road, Cleveland Heights, and he was a bricklayer. He was to be buried at the Crown Hill Cemetery. The informant on his Death Certificate was Harvey G. Oliver, Jr.[2]
