Biography
Born 1783 Rowley Parish
Barbara Oliver was born in 1783 in the Rowley Parish to the west of Hull in the Yorkshire Wolds. Baptism in the Rowley register will rarely mean that the child is born in the hamlet of Rowley where the church is. The main centre of population is a mile or so south in Little Weighton. [1]

Marriage 1811 Hull
John Wilbe married Barbara Oliver in Hull in 1811; when she would be about 28. [2]
A Family 1812-1817 Hull
Despite the relatively late start, John and Barbara had four children. Francis 1812, Richard 1815 and Sarah 1817 were born in Hull while William was a late child, born 1834 after they moved to Walkington and baptised in Beverley.
Death 1847 Sculcoates
Barbara Wilbe died age 63 in Sculcoates, Hull 1847. [3]
