Biography
John was born in 1871. He was the son of John Olmstead and Harriet Howard.
He married Anna Guelfroy [1] and they had five sons: Myron, Frances, Earl, Glenn, and Russell.
Research Note: On the 1895 Iowa Census for Hamilton County, it appears that John and Anna had another child named Ethel M born in Hamilton County who passed away in 1894 [2]
John passed away in 1941.
