Mårten Olofsson lived in Sweden.
Mårten Olofsson föddes ca 1616 i Jansjö av föräldrarna Olov Örjansson och okänd hustru. Han gifte sig med en kvinna med (för oss nu efterlevande) okänt namn före 1641. De fick åtminstone z barn. Familjen var hemmansägare i Jansjö och senare i Sil där familjen också drev ett gästgiveri. [1] Av allt att döma var han gift mer än en gång. Enligt domboken 1655 var han gift med Kerstin Andersdotter (död 1691/93), men hon kan rimligen inte vara mor till Sara Mårtensdotter, född 1645, eftersom det skulle förutsätta ett kusingifte; Kerstin var dotter till Anders Eriksson i Bölen och Mårten Olofssons dotter Sara var gift med Olof Knutsson, som var son till Knut Andersson, också han son till Anders Eriksson i Bölen. . [2] Mårten var nämndeman. Han avled sommaren 1693 i Sil. [3]
