Ole Olsen was born an Juvenes, Flesberg, Buskerud, Norway in 1820, the son of Ole Christophersen Juvenes and Anne Sørene.[1] He was married at Kongsberg in 1849 to Ambjorg Larsdatter Rødningen.[2] He came to America with his family and settled initially in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, He moved his family to Nunda, Minnesota in April 1865. He passed away there in 1879.[3]
