At the time of the 1861 Census, John, aged 3 years, was with parents three sibliings, Harriet (7), William (5) and Alice (1), at St James Street, Great Boughton, Cheshire.[2]
Care is needed not to muddled two different people:
John Orme, son of Ellen Leftwich, born in Great Boughton, Cheshire in 1858.[1]
John Alexander Orme, son of McConchie, born Wirral, Cheshire 1857.[6]
I have not been able to find an England and Wales 1871 or 1881 Census entry for John, searching Family Search and Find my Past.
